Porcelain figurine “Allegory of Summer” from the series “Four Seasons” by Johann Joachim Kaendler (1706-1775) Meissen. On the basis of an oval-like figure, a group of four children, girded with loose, colorful robes with ears in their hands. One of the boys is asleep, a girl with a sickle in her hand, another boy with a bundle of corn on his shoulder, leaning against a tree trunk, another is kneeling next to the others. All resting in the bosom of lush greenery and grain. A few minor damage to the ears.
Signed on the underside with the signs of Meissen, model number 2490 and number 91.
