Description
A figurine of a dancing man, whose right leg supports the body, while the left hangs freely from the base. He is dressed in a gilded coat, a colorful vest, and an openwork scarf around his neck. A bow is attached to his hair, and on his feet are shoes with a gold bow. Behind the dancer is a visible tree trunk, and at his feet are multicolored flowers, while the whole sits on a domed pedestal decorated with acanthus leaves.
Signed underglaze in cobalt in the shape of the Volkstedt factory mark used between 1915 and 1934.
