Description
A Louis-Philippe style Table with an oval-shaped top, wavy around the perimeter, supported on a single shaft and finished with four bent legs. The top is decorated on its outside with tin sheet inlays in the form of plant tendrils, flower cups and acanthus branches, all combined into one whole. The edge of the tabletop is carved with leaves around the entire circumference. Below it, an openwork, carved application in the form of flowers and interwoven twigs. The shaft is turned, in the lower part with similar carving applications as above, with four curved, strongly carved legs extending to the sides, ending with brass rollers.
Pine and mahogany construction, veneered with rosewood and mahogany, tin sheet inlay, woodcarving, early 20th century.
