Description
A porcelain twin light candelabra with a round, slightly arched base, on which a low tree with two branches is visible on the sides. In the foreground, a figure of an ornate lady and a small boy crouching on a branch, taking quail eggs from the nest, which the woman hides in her dress. The lady in a colorful dress with a hat on her head. On both branches at the top, there are slender candle cups decorated with colorful flowers, and below them are plates in the form of leaves.
Signed from the dispute underglaze in cobalt in the shape of two intersecting swords.
The mark of the Meissen manufactory used in the years 1850-1924 and “M53.” pressed in the mass and the number “23” in red.
