Description
A porcelain twin light candelabra with a round, slightly arched base, on which a low tree with two branches on the sides is visible. In the foreground, a figure of a man, picking up quail eggs and passing them to a little girl, who hides them in her dress. A spade and a hat are leaning in front of the tree. On both branches at the top, slender candle cups are mounted, decorated with colorful flowers, and below them are plates in the form of leaves.
Signed from the dispute underglaze with cobalt in the shape of two intersecting swords.
The mark of the Meissen manufactory used in the years 1850-1924 and the number “1160” and the number “2” pressed in the mass in brown.
