Description
Auxiliary cabinet – pedestal with a simple frame, enclosed by a single gently splayed door with a single drawer in the finial, the whole supported by a massive plinth. The drawer with a straight face, lockable with a key, with a recessed steel lock and a key like the door. The furniture sides straight, front corners beveled, decorated with thin wooden veins. On top, a double canopy, the first in the shape of the furniture structure, above it an oval, inside two shelves.
Pine construction, veneered with mahogany, marquetry, late 19th century.
