Description
Napoleon III style display cabinet, with one glazed door leaf and marble top, supported by a plinth with a delicate apron. Doors decorated with a wide, engraved, wavy brass strip, behind which a thin brass vein is placed. On the perimeter of the door and on the sides decorations in the form of two veins of different widths. Sides of the furniture are cut, decorated at the top with applications of gilded bronze in the form of a woman’s head with leaves underneath, and at the bottom an openwork floral composition also made of gilded bronze. In the door there is a steel, applied lock with a key. Original marble top at the top. Inside two shelves lined with burgundy cloth, just like the back of the furniture.
Oak construction, veneered with ebony and mahogany, brass sheet veins, gilded bronze, marble top, 2nd half of the 19th century.
