Description
A base for flowerpots with a round, profiled base, on which a figure of a man is visible, holding a nest with birds in his hands. The young man is dressed in an exquisite outfit, with gilded bows on his short legs, a scarf around his neck and a lush hairdo on his head. He himself is leaning on a tree branch with his right leg, while the trunk at the top has been formed into a base for a flowerpot, with a floral arrangement around the perimeter and small beads inside. There is also a place at the back for a flowerpot with a smaller base diameter.
Terracotta in polychrome, signed illegibly on the bottom, late 19th century.
