A Louis Philippe style cabinet with a simple frame construction, double door closing, supported on four legs, the front ones turned in the form of flattened spheres, the back ones are hub-shaped. Each door with two recessed panels decorated with carved mouldings all around. At the top a keyed drawer with a steel lock, the same as the door. In each of these pieces a key made of bone. On top a matching granite top, and inside three shelves mounted on a crest rail, allowing any height to be set.
Oak and pine construction, veneered with mahogany, granite top, carvings, bone fittings, mid 19th century.
