An Empire style wingback armchair. Upholstered on the seat, backrest and partially on the supports, supported on four legs, front turned, channeled, tapered downwards, rear angular, slightly bent, being an extension of the furniture structure. Profiled backrest, strongly bent back, with two wings on the sides, which were to protect the person sitting against drafts. The seat is lined with material arranged on belts with springs. Straight supports with small pillows and a wooden connector strongly bent in the shape of a swan’s neck.
An armchair with a stable structure, with small losses of veneer on the sides at the bottom strip and upholstery in good condition.
