Description
A pair of Empire-style pedestals. They feature a single, curved door with a large drawer at the bottom. Both units feature recessed steel locks and a key. The top features three tiers arranged in a stepped pattern, the smallest at the top, with a pull-out drawer underneath. Profiled slats on both sides are finished with decorative blocks at the top and bottom. The entire unit rests on four angular legs, with two internal shelves. Pine construction, veneered with mahogany, mid-19th century.
