Description
A hunting scene, depicting beaters on horses dressed in elegant clothes, with trumpets in their hands, who follow a fleeing deer. The scene takes place in a hilly area full of lush vegetation and trees, with a lake visible on the right. The whole is closed by the blue and white of a clear sky. The frame is wide, once concave, then rounded, with delicate squares on the inside. At the back there is a steel cable and two hooks for hanging.
Oil on canvas glued to cardboard, signed at the bottom, illegible.
