Louis XVI style Bookcase
A Bookcase in the style of Louis XVI, with a simple structure, closed with a pair of glass doors, supported on four legs, slightly curved at the front and angular at the back. The door leaves at the bottom are decorated with a panel placed in reserve, with diagonally arranged veneer and surrounded by two thin wooden veins. In the right leaf, a steel, applied lock with a key, in the left, a steel eyelet to be connected with a staple from the middle shelf, in order to close them, outside the keychain. The front corners are beveled, decorated with brass applications, just like the front legs. Top made of travertine, the sides of the furniture are full with veneer arranged as on the lower panels. Inside, three shelves are arranged on slats with a comb, which allows them to be placed freely.
