Description
A man with a bouquet of flowers, dressed in an elegant, gilded and lace-decorated outfit and wearing slippers. A small bouquet of flowers is visible in his right hand, a hat is held under his left hand, and a short saber is strapped to his side. The entire figure is positioned on a slight rise, with the man leaning against a tree trunk.
The figurine, designed by Michel Victor Acier, is signed underglaze with cobalt in the shape of two intersecting swords, the mark of the Meissen manufactory used between 1850 and 1924. The model number “A58” and the number “62” are also visible, impressed into the mass.
