Description
Baroque type pedestal, massive, supported on four, strongly legs, ended with a delicate foot. On each side very richly carved in the form of shells, flower buds, stems and acanthus leaves with delicate openwork. Corners of the furniture heavily recessed. Rectangular, flat top decorated with wood carving on the whole circumference, with slightly wider corners, decorated with leaves. At the top two delicate cracks, without affecting the construction and stability of the pedestal. On one side of the gilding worse preserved.
Construction of deciduous wood, carvings, polychromy and gildings, late 19th century.
