Description
Napoleon III type Cabinet, with straight sides and wavy front, closed with one door leaf, supported on four legs which are extensions of the bottom rail. The door is richly inlaid with floral patterns and a vase standing on a table with a bouquet of flowers inside. Decorated similarly the strip under the top and the upper elements of the front corners. The sides of the cabinet decorated with wooden veining, as are the doors and the mouldings, top and bottom. On the top there is an original marble top, in the door there is an applied lock with a key, and inside there are two shelves.
Oak construction, veneered with rosewood, marquetry with various types of wood, brass fittings, marble top, mid. 19th century.
